Project Initiation
We kick-off the project with an initiation meeting to plan,
confirm scope, who, by when, and how much it might cost.
Analysis
We identify the learning need, the solution and how it
will be delivered and produced.
Design
We design the visual look and feel, structure and content.
Development
We develop the materials or solution in line with the
final design and agreed scope.
Implementation
We burn all your final files to CD.
Evaluation
We evaluate our own projects and we evaluate the learning.
