The purpose of the brand education programme is to provide a consistency of language about what is brand across the entire organisation. It means all staff have a clear understanding of what brand is and isn’t, and have the confidence and skills to live this brand every day at Contact so all customers experience the brand in every interaction.
What we did
We designed and developed a blended learning approach including, a brand e-learning module, resource kit, brand ambassador toolkit and learning log.
Results
An innovative, highly creative solution which engaged the brand embassadors and renergised the programme.
