Design, develop and deliver a coaching and training skills programme for 60 people over 3 years.
What we did
Inspire Leaders built a blended programme which included, workshops, quick reference guides, posters, a coaching journal, prework and assessments.
Results
The programme has been favourably received by the participants and continues to roll out across the organisation. It ensures clarity of roles, quick delivery, engagement and opportunities to apply skills.
