IAG went to RFP to find an LMS to support the management of learning for the incoming Financial Advisors Act which would specifically:

• automate training and educational record-keeping and employee registration

• enable student self-service (e.g. self-registration on instructor-led training)

• incorporate training workflow (e.g. user notification, manager approval, wait-list management)

• provide robust online learning, assessment and management

• manage training resource management (e.g. instructors, facilities, equipment).
