Client need
Kiwibank’s needs had outgrown their current learning management tools, growpotential for eLearning and manual processes support by excel spreadsheets for face to face training. There is a need for a fully functional LMS that integrates with the new suite of HR applications Kiwibank has implemented.
What we did
The implementation of Kallidus LMS will create a learning environment that integrates with new systems, centralises all learning records, building a complete picture of learning by individual, group and the entire business. The use of domain functionality will allow each audience group (Kiwibank, NZ Post Retail) to have an environment tailored to their brand and specific learning needs. The integration with JadeStar and Active Directory will create a solution that is self-sustaining in terms of new starters, changers and leavers while workflows and approvals will ease the manual workload associated with managing face to face training events.
Results
Installation and configuration were completed. Creation of a single sign on authentication from the HR hub. Repackaging and migration of existing data. Ongoing access to a helpdesk.
