We developed a learning pathway aligned to IAG's EVP and brand which is relevant to all levels of people leaders across the business.
Results
The framework enables users to have more flexibility around what and how they learn and gives a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities as a manager and how this contributes to IAG's success.
