SPARC is dedicated to getting New Zealanders moving.
When SPARC came to us with the challenge of redesigning their induction programme it needed to reflect who SPARC are and embody their mission of encouraging people to get active.
The solution was split into 3 parts:
- The “Get Ready” book – this is sent out to the employee at least 10 days before they start, giving them a heads up on what SPARC is all about and why SPARC is a great place to work.
- The ”Get Set” book – this is for managers. This book contains all the information and support managers need to make the induction experience for a new employee a positive and memorable one.
- The “GO!” book – this is on the employee’s desk for them when they arrive for the first day. The book provides them with information and activities to complete over the first few weeks.
