Position: 
Project Manager/Instructional Designer

AJ is one of our Project Managers and Instructional Designers.

AJ has been involved in people development for over 10 years. With experience in instructional design, project management, facilitation, team leadership, coaching and consulting, AJ is fantastic at analysing an organisation's needs and providing practical solutions.
 
AJ has experience in a wide range of industries, having worked with ANZ and National Bank, the Accident Compensation Corporation, Save the Children UK, New Zealand Red Cross, the National Library, Department of Labour, Department of Internal Affairs, Housing New Zealand Corporation, Treasury, Contact Energy, Transpower, and Asia New Zealand Foundation.
 
Qualifications: 
  • National Certificate in Workplace Assessment 
  • National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations Level Three
  • Certificate in Microsoft Project (Auldhouse)
  • Certificate in General Rescue and Emergency Management
  • Certificate in Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Certificate in Workplace First Aid
  • Certificate in Emergency Care Response
  • Certificate in Exercise Prescription and Personal Training (NZ Institute of Sport)
  • Certificate in Outdoor Recreation and Sport (Taranaki Polytechnic)
  • PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water Scuba Diving Certification
  • Commenced a Diploma in Architectural Draughting and Technology
