Blair is an expert at designing learning experiences that change peoples’ behaviour. He uses visual thinking and gamestorming to help organisations discover great ideas and clarify their learning goals. He uses storytelling to help people see what they should differently and why. He uses game-based learning to challenge people to make realistic choices and experience realistic consequences.
On a project Blair leads the instructional design.
Blair’s industry experience includes energy, telecommunications, engineering, health, banking, commodities, public sector and working with non-profits. He has helped people learn new skills at organisations like Vodafone, Genesis Energy, Bank of New Zealand, Beca, Housing New Zealand, Asia New Zealand Foundation, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Labour, Occupational Health Nurses, New Zealand Post and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
