For the past 12 years, Digby has worked as a facilitator, coach and business owner in the field of leadership development. Digby originally qualified as a chartered accountant with a ‘Big 4’ firm. His industry experience includes public sector, banking, insurance, professional services, resources and energy. He has led the design, development and delivery of many management, leadership and coaching development programmes, incorporating 360 degree feedback, facilitated workshops, action learning groups, one-on-one coaching and self-directed learning.
He has personally coached over 500 CEO’s, senior managers, mid-level managers and team leaders.
