Hugh is an experienced project manager and instructional designer who has developed and implemented high-quality learning solutions for a wide variety of organisations including Telecom, The Department of Labour, The New Zealand Police, The Department of Corrections, Contact Energy, The New Zealand Fire Service, The Treasury and Westpac.
Hugh is proficient in all areas of instructional design, including needs analysis, learning objective development, learning solution selection and design, assessment and evaluation. Hugh will establish and maintain high-quality working relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
