Leanne’s L & D career began more than 16 years ago as a facilitator before she moved into training design. Leanne is an experienced instructional designer with a focus on learner-centred design and a strong emphasis on the requirements of the business. Her main area of expertise is in developing and facilitating technical and leadership training.
Over the past four years Leanne has worked with many organisations in the technical and financial services sectors including AMP, Ministry for the Environment, Contact Energy, New Zealand Transport Agency, Westpac Banking Corporation, SPARC, Telstra Clear and the Department of Corrections. More recently Leanne has been involved with developing much of Inspire Leaders’ leadership development materials.
Leanne works from her home office in Hamilton but comes to Wellington on a regular basis for client meetings.
