Lou is part of our graphic design team designing and developing our print deliverables. She brings with her a breadth of graphic design experience spanning 11 years, 4 of which have been focused on learning and development design. Roles previous to Inspire Group have been in boutique design agencies both in Wellington and London.
Lou uses her graphic design strengths – including typography and illustration – to develop ideas into effective visual designs. Over the years Lou has produced a wide range of training material in all shapes and sizes from learning and facilitator guides, posters and brochures to quick reference tools and e-learning interfaces amongst many other things.
