Mel has over 10 years experience as an HR practitioner, specialising in people capability and organisational design and development.  Mel has design, delivered and implemented learning solutions for a wide range of sectors over this time. Her industry experience includes public sector, telecommunications, internet providers, finance and lending, and trade industries.  

Mel brings her experience in trade management, performance sports coaching and applied business acumen to her role. Mel’s role includes managing large programmes of work and complex projects, including those for Inland Revenue, Department of Labour, Kiwibank, NZ Post, Westpac, Department of Corrections, NZ Police, Red Cross, SPARC. Mel has also lectured on Applied Instructional Design in the Work Place at Massey University.
