Sophie has a background in project management, organisational development and coaching. She originally graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in manufacturing and has experience ranging from design engineering to large-scale business capability programmes in IT and telecommunications. More recently she has run her own facilitation and coaching business in the UK.
Sophie enjoys looking at core issues in a simple and fresh way and creating environments where people can be their best and enjoy doing it.
