Sue has worked as a consultant, facilitator, coach, instructional designer and project manager in the learning and development field, at Inspire Group. She is now an Account Manager and the Marketing Manager for the business.
Sue originally qualified in a Bachelor of Physical Education which led her to secondary teaching for a short time. She then progressed to working in the NZ Health sector for eight years. Her industry experience includes public sector (SPARC), private sector, PTE’s, NZQA qualifications development, and professional services. She has led the design, development and delivery of many learning initiatives and programmes, including being programme manager of Learning and Development for Healthcare of NZ. Sue has a very practical approach to delivery for her customers, as well as excellent organisational development and strategic design and planning skills.
