Need

To help their staff and students use the newly implemented, organisation-wide video conferencing system, Chisholm asked us to help develop and deliver some key messages around the system steps, functions, tips and hints as well as etiquette for a group during video conference sessions.
 
Given the demographics of the system users, an animated, scenario-based motion graphic was created to deliver key messages. Take a look at the motion graphic here.

Solution

As well as the motion graphic, Inspire Group developed a blended learning solution to support the rollout of the PLETO video conferencing system at Chisholm. The solution included highly visual quick reference guides for both students and teachers and a series of motion graphics to support their own internal training.
