Leading Virtual Teams

This session is designed to empower leaders to better support, engage and build trust with their direct reports within virtual environments to ensure that productivity and psychological safety is maintained.


The Resilience Mindset

This session is designed to support professionals in developing a more resilient mindset through a period of significant uncertainty. In building a more robust perspective, you will be able to more effectively self-manage and adapt to your challenges.


Leading Through Change

This session is designed to equip leaders with effective approaches and resources to successfully lead their teams through change. Here we explore how to lead and navigate through quickly evolving environments to best serve our people and organisations.

About the workshops

  • Delivered by Inspire Group associates along with a technical support co-ordinator
  • Each session is 90-120 minutes
  • Participant numbers 8–15 people per cohort
  • The sessions include the use of polls, interactive white-boards and small group activities in break-out rooms
  • Participants are sent the chat record after the session for reference to key learnings.
