Work with us

Business Development Partner - Melbourne

Due to the success of our Chameleon product offering, one of our valued team members is moving into this space full time. This exciting change brings an opportunity for a new Business Development Partner to join our team.

A little about the role

  • Here at Inspire we refer to our clients as partners. Your role as a Learning Partner will see you build new partnerships and continue to foster existing ones
  • Establish meetings with partners to understand their business, identifying learning opportunities/challenges, providing a consultative approach and converting learning opportunities into sales
  • Strengthen relationships to grow additional referrals and network connections
  • Develop a plan for leads and referral conversions
  • You will work with the whole team, sales is not separate – we are in this together.

About you

  • You come from a consultancy background having worked previously in a sales environment
  • You’re confident yet humble and love problem solving
  • You’re energetic and passionate about what you do
  • You have a growth mindset, love challenging the status quo and a willing learner
  • A self-starter, you thrive on building business and you have a ‘roll-your- sleeves-up’ attitude
  • You’re resilient, you can pick yourself up and dust yourself off ready to go again
  • You are a team player.

Why us

Under our guiding principle ‘Better learning is life-changing’, Inspire Group crafts best practise learning solutions for organisations worldwide.  The learning can be a combination of many things – digital content, on the job performance support, virtual workshops, apps, board games, podcasts – whatever meets the business need and solves the challenge. We’re a creative bunch of people, crafting learning experiences that are meaningful, and make a difference.

  • Our people are made up of insanely talented Learning Designers, Visual Designers, Project/Delivery Managers and Learning Partners all of whom are rock solid performers
  • We push the creative boundaries and we’re always evolving what we do, best of all, we want you to grow to
  • We encourage a point of view, however wild
  • We celebrate success, ours, yours, theirs.  Hey, any excuse for a slice of chocolate cake right?
  • We genuinely care about each other, about Inspire and about our partners.

If you would like to be part of our Inspire crew and join an organisation with a culture that rocks, we would love to speak with you.

Learning Architect/Client Partner - Auckland

Due to an internal promotion that takes effect early in 2021, Inspire Group have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Architect/Client Partner to join our Auckland team. The role is a fascinating balance of sales and client development with creative learning design and architecture, giving you the opportunity to combine your strong people and communication skills with innovative learning design expertise.

Our projects can comprise a variety of learning and development content, from onboarding and induction for new staff to blended leadership programmes for experienced managers (and everything in between). Your role will be to identify and acquire new clients and opportunities, and work closely with them and the wider Inspire Group teams to develop learning solutions that accurately address each unique brief and company context. This may extend to workshop design and delivery (virtual and in-person), online learning modules, digital resources, motion graphics, physical materials and video content. Your experience working across a variety of learning deliverables and projects would be highly advantageous.

The role would be best suited to an experienced learning designer or consultant who also thrives in identifying and developing new relationships with customers. You'll have the opportunity to consult, conceptualise and collaborate with a broad range of clients and stakeholders on some of New Zealand's most innovative and rewarding learning and leadership programmes. Key skills for the role include:

- Consultative selling, business development and account management (primarily within services environments)
- Learning & Leadership design experience (ideally in a blended environment that includes workshops, digital and physical learning materials)
- Creativity, solution focus, and a curious mindset
- Strong facilitation, presentation and consultation skills

Our Company Culture

Inspire Group is proud to be a pioneer of innovative learning design, and our company culture is founded on the core principles of Aroha, Excellence, Say = Do, and Get It Done. We are proud to offer a highly flexible environment that includes a hybrid working from home/office based model. This enables our people to balance their work and personal lives appropriately whilst still taking advantage of face-to-face collaboration when possible. Our people are creative, curious, collaborative and compassionate, so these are key behaviours that we look for in each role that we recruit.
